2. Scope of Personal Data Collected

We process personal data solely to the extent required to operate our biomechanical calculators and respond to direct academic or technical inquiries:

• Voluntary Inquiry Submissions: When you use the form on office.php, we collect your name, email address, inquiry category, and technical notes under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
• Client-Side Telemetry Inputs: Running height, 5K benchmark times, and weekly mileage entered into the Stride & Pace Calculator are computed locally within your browser DOM and are never transmitted to external databases.
• Server Access Logs: Standard HTTP request metadata (IP address anonymized at subnet level, user-agent header, timestamp) for network security and anti-DDoS protection.

3. Data Retention & Storage

Correspondence submitted via the Telemetry Desk is retained for a maximum of 18 months to maintain continuity of research discussions, after which records are permanently purged.
